  3. Delivery Times: Customers can expect their products to be delivered within 30 to 50 days if they belong outside India and 5 to 7 days if they come from India.

Returns

  1. Exchange: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Hence, if the product is damaged upon receipt, you may be eligible for an exchange of the product, we do not provide refunds. Also, please note that exchanges for any other reason other than damage are not accepted for any orders once the product is shipped.

Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with exchange authorization. Once the damaged item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange.
  3. Non-Returnable Items: Exchange for reasons other than product damage are not accepted for international orders. Due to shipping and customs regulations, we cannot offer exchanges for any other issues.
  4. Exchanging Duration: Customers can initiate an exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt.
